Immediately excited when a dear friend told him about Moffu’s way of doing business, with the possibility to perform an active role to help the development of new ideas and contribute to uncover the huge potential, still unexpressed, of our country.
An experienced top executive in Consulting and Media, part of the founding team of the Italian Accenture Media Practice, in 1999, then 5 years in Sky Italia and, now, Managing Director of Wolters Kluwer Italia.
I hope to bring to Moffu my experience, passion, determination, network, and, why not, my engineer toughness.

Alberto is an International executive with extensive experience in transformational business results, turnaround and digitalization. Curious, passionate and creative leader, strong believer in meritocracy, social and diversity as pillars for growth and build future for all the companies, as well as for society as a whole.
Currently the CEO of la Feltrinelli Retail and COO of Feltrinelli Group, the Italian leader in the cultural and media industry, present in Television, Publishing, Retail and Education business.

Alceo Rapagna

Alceo Rapagna is a founding partner at Moffu Labs, the most innovative idea incubator in Italy.
An experienced top executive in Publishing and Fashion, Alceo is the mind behind the concept of Moffu Labs.
He had a strong idea that doing business should be fun and the typical mechanisms behind venture capital funds were too biased towards financials and control than creativity and enjoyment.
He managed to convince seven friends sharing the same attitude to enter this venture and helping talented young persons emerge while having fun.

Salvatore Ippolito

Change management “player”, with a background based on the ability to mix ‘rock solid’ digital/online skills with a rounded offline knowledge, and a thorough management perspective. Able to ride the digital media revolution since 1999, with 20+ years of executive leadership in digital marketing, new media, omnichannel world, across a number of industries and territories.
He was most recently CEO of Agi and Chairman of D-Share, working on shifting the positioning from real-time news provider (publishers/editors) to a more rounded, “full service”, Media House,
Prior to that, he was Country Manager of Twitter Italy, managing the Italian startup, VP Commercial at ItaliaOnLine where he built and managed a complex sales organization for Italy’s second-largest web portal, Country Manager for Microsoft Advertising Italy, and the EU VP of Sales for Nielsen.

Marco Fanciulli

A long time executive in the media industry as a managing director in some of the largest global companies in TV, Cinema, Multimedia, and Publishing, Marco spend most of its time traveling in the magic world of entertainment, creating imaginary worlds and looking for incredible startups to make this virtual places more real than real. In exchange, Marco brings in his international network of peers to help new startups kickstart and find fertile soil.
He joined Moffu Labs as a founding partner for the joy of meeting exceptional entrepreneurs and keep himself immersed in an ever-fresh creative pond of ideas.
