Guido is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked out of the Milano and San Francisco offices. Today he leads McKinsey’s European Technology, Media & Telecom Practice.
First an engineer and then an INSEAD MBA, Guido has a passion for the business implications of technological evolution. He works with large, established players, with leading innovators, and with several of the investors most active in the communications and technology domains, specializing in the strategic transformations brought about by ‘going digital’ and ‘leveraging big data and advanced analytics’.

Emanuele Costa

Emanuele joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2003 and he is currently Partner and Director. During his career at BCG, Emanuele has worked mostly in Financial Services and Insurance, leading organic growth initiatives, turn-around, and digital transformations, as well as M&A situations. He has advised both global champions and innovative attackers in over a hundred projects in Italy and across Europe.
After leading the Insurance Practice in Italy from 2016 to 2019, Emanuele currently drives Digital Marketing & Personalization activities in Europe for the insurance sector and is the global topic leader in Insurance Claims.
In his private life, Emanuele is a proud father of four kids, a passionate tennis player, and an enthusiast of all mountain sports.

Stefano Barzaghi

Stefano has 20+ years of experience as a senior advisor and management consultant, leading reorganization and efficiency programs.
He is currently leading the Program, Change & Organization practice in the Capgemini Italia consulting service line after he led the Italian M&E portfolio of Capgemini between 2017 and H1-2019.
Previously, he contributed to the strong growth of the Accenture Media & Entertainment practice, leading international engagements and the middle east practice.
